Boarding/Daycare Services

GSPND is a small kennel located in Swanville, ME. We offer Boarding, Doggie Daycare, and Training. The kennel is a comfortable space with a large fenced area. It is also home to some amazing Labs and myself. My labs love having their "playmates" come and stay with us while their families are away. While boarding here your pup can expect lots
of exercise, attention and stimulation. The dogs also get a minimum of 2 playtimes, although we strive to provide at least 3.

To join us for a while all your pup needs to pack is dinner, which will be given as instructed. A few comforts from home are also encouraged, like a familiar blanket, toy and dish.

The Dizzy Dog Daycare is now open. It offers excellent socialization for the young, exercise for the bored or destructive, and stimulation for all. A tired dog is a good dog. I am on staff these days monitoring the "dizmates" and providing periods of structured play and quiet time. The Dogs will be divided into compatible play groups according to size.

Boarding/Daycare Rates (per dog):
$15/day (up to 10 hour day)
$8/half-day
$3/hour

GSPND also operates a breeding program of quality Labrador Retrievers from strong pedigrees with Hunting, Obedience and show titles. We breed 1-2 litters each year. All parents have hips and elbows certified with OFA and/or PennHip and eyes CERF by licensed veterinary optometrist.

We strive to produce the ideal puppies, temperament, talent, type and above all else Healthy and Happy! The first eight weeks of each puppies life is a special time here. We adore every puppy and take special care that they receive everything they need to reach their full potential. They go home with their first shots and worming and a health certificate from my veterinarian. We also make at least one trip to the local nursing home for socialization. They are a BIG hit there!
